The Visitor Center Complex will include the following areas:

• Ticketing - there will be a nominal garden entry fee
• Exhibit - space will be available for exhibits of various kinds
• Gift Shop - a source for visitors to purchase garden-related merchandise
• Coffee Bar - coffee, tea and other beverages will be available
• Plant Gallery - a display area for special plants and seasonal features
• Orangery - by tradition, a place where citrus trees were displayed year-round.
  Also an area useful for gatherings, receptions, teas, etc. Will be available-for-hire days
  and evenings year-round.
• Education Building - this space will be available for botanical-related education purposes
• Orchid House - here, orchids will be raised and sold

Phase One will include only the ticketing and exhibit areas. The remaining structures will be built in a future phase.
